I believe that as a dancer it is important to keep our body fit and healthy so that we can continue to enjoy what we love doing - Dance! But whether or not we're dancers, we should never take our health for granted. Our body is the only one we've got and hey, whether you like it or not, you're responsible for it. Not your mother, not your father, not your spouse and definitely not your doctor. It's You.
